Today I tackled an unscaled CrossFit.com workout.
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400m
40 wallball shots, 20# ball
3 rounds, + the run and 20 wallballs of the fourth round
I remember that when I started with CrossFit, I would get wiped out by the 10# wallballs, so this was a pretty encouraging workout.
